Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Service Description
Isomer ("the Service") is an AI-powered data pipeline investigation and auto-remediation platform designed for enterprise logistics and supply chain data teams. The Service analyzes pipeline failure metadata to identify root causes and recommend fixes.
2. Data Processing Declaration
Metadata Only Processing
Isomer processes only workflow metadata — table names, column names, test results, timestamps, lineage graphs, and error messages. Isomer never ingests, stores, or processes the actual row-level data in your data warehouse.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to data pipeline operations. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from the Service.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service provides AI-generated recommendations that require human review before deployment. Isomer is not liable for any damages resulting from the application of AI-generated fixes without proper engineering review.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all investigation metadata will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
